            Description

            Using Chameleon theme (and others) - the CiviCRM page title now appears twice on all screens. Clearing Drupal cache does not fix this so we need to resolve prior to stable 3.2.

                Retested in Chameleon w r28710 and duplicate title is gone!

                Fix looks good in "problem theme" (Chameleon) and Garland.
