Description
Custom Data Fields with html_type of select date are not frozen in VIEW mode.
Reproduction
------------
- view any individual (http://210.211.151.22/drupal/civicrm/contact/view?reset=1&cid=85)
- click on "Custom Data" tab (http://210.211.151.22/drupal/civicrm/contact/view/cd)
- if there a custom field of type 'date' is present please try and change the select values
(and you will be able to select different values of day-mon-year inspite of the form being
frozen).
