Description
On renewal of expired memberships, status remains as Expired and dates are wrongly set
Steps to replicate :
1. Create a membership with end date in year 2000
2. Override the status as Expired
3. Now renew the membership using both online as well as offline forms.
On online renewal of this membership record start date resets to null.
Status remains as 'Expired' for both online as well as offline renewal.
