Description
If you want to select for example individuals from database and select them by state, if their states are "Bahia" or "Tocantins" it will return an error.
Checking the database I found that in table civicrm_state_province the names are mispelled,
"Bahia" is spelt "Baia" - id 1921 and "Tocantins" are spelt "Tocatins" - id 1944.
I corrected it on my database but I suggest you correct it on next versions of civicrm.
