Print Case Report doesn't escape html entities for activity subject

            Description

            Create a case activity with an ampersand in the subject.
            Click the print case report button on manage case.
            No activities are displayed in the output.
            Clicking back button to go back to manage case then displays an error about "no name in Entity".
