search builder address custom fields

If you conduct a search builder search on an address-type custom field with location = primary, it will return all contacts – it basically ignores the criteria.

To reproduce on sandbox, run a search of indivs with the "more stuff" field, primary, = whatever. It should return no results, instead returns all.
