Register another participant (for logged in user already registered) is broken

            Description

            This feature seems to be broken. When I click the option to "register another participant" - I get to this URL (expected):

            civicrm/event/register?reset=1&id=3&cid=0

            ... I then fill in the registration fields and click "Continue". It sends me back to event/info with the "looks like you're already registered... " message.
