Import - Assign Tag(s) to Contacts

Allow user to assign one or more tags to contacts being imported.

1. Add new show/hide block to Preview form/page - using same hide/show layout as existing option:
» Join new contacts to existing group(s)

New link text: » Tag imported contacts

2. When clicked, new div contains the label: Assign Tag(s) and a scrolling div block containing all existing tags with checkboxes. (Generalize the layout we use in Advanced Search to multi-select tags - and share with this tpl if possible).

3. During import, all successfully inserted contacts are 'tagged' with the checked tag(s).
