            Description

            3.1.4 introduced a bug (bugs?) in the user sync process

            This patch prevents so many duplicate contacts being created when doing a back-end sync (tells it the user is logged in so match on e-mail only not on full dedupe rules. This is appropriate when matching against CMS accounts as only e-mail add exists)
