New event start date time did not follow time zone of drupal

I have a drupal+civiCRM installed. I set up time zone at drupal as +0800, and in drupal, the date/time of story I created was correct, for other functionality was also correct, like date/time for logging. But in civiCRM, when I created a new event, the start date time was in another time zone, (just now, it was 08/09/2010, 10:44PM, but it was 08/10/2010, 11:44AM at drupal which I expected)
