Duplicate Matching Not Catching Duplicate Contacts in Profile Create

      Description

      Profile/create should trap attempts to insert 'duplicate' contact based on Duplicate Matching rules - but at least in some cases it appears to allowing duplicates.

      To recreate:

      • Set Duplicate Matching rule to Email (only)
      • Create a new Profile (uncheck User Reg, My Account, Profile)
      • Add Email (Work) and Group(s) fields to the profile
      • Set visibility for Newsletter group to Public and Listings
      • Navigate to create form for this profile and submit a new contact w/ email = pat@foo.org and check the Newsletter group
      • Now repeat this create several times - you will have multiple contacts w/ the same primary work email
