Errors when using search builder / previously saved Smart Groups

            Description

            When using Search Builder to build new queries or using once working Smart Group queries, non-recoverable errors occur. This was first noticed on a production site (3.2.0) and has been confirmed on drupal.demo.civicrm.org/civicrm/contact/search/builder (8/11/2010).

            The error: "Sorry. A non-recoverable error has occurred. DB Error: syntax error"
