Email not sent for event registration confirmation when processor is IPN type (PayPal Std etc.)

            Description

            Email confirmations aren't being sent - at least under some versions of PHP. I replicated the issue on my PHP 5.2.8 system.

            Bug apparently triggered by a missing require_once in BaseIPN.php
            Fatal error Class 'CRM_Contribute_PseudoConstant' not found in /Users/dgg/svn/crm_v3.2/CRM/Core/Payment/BaseIPN.php on line 786
