Date fields in address custom info break contact edit accordions

If you add date custom fields to addresses, the accordion sections in the contact edit page no longer respond.

I have also found the accordions on the contact summary page fail to respond upon the 3.2.1 upgrade for one client, but not for others. There may be something else weird.
