Tag and Group fields with errors are hidden

            Description

            When there is an error in specifying a tag or group value (eg entering a tag in the New Tag field that already exists) the fieldsets are closed initially so the field in error is not displayed. Messages indicate to use the existing tag, which is good. But users may not think to open the other fieldset to remove the problematic text.
