Civicrm does not install to Joomla 1.5.20 - problem with PEAR

            Description

            Attempt to install CiviCRM to Joomla 1.5.20 yields the following error message, apparently because 1.5.20 has introduced the PEAR library in the default config:

            Fatal error: Cannot redeclare _pear_call_destructors() (previously declared in /home/lseeman/webapps/newstream/libraries/pear/PEAR.php:773) in /home/lseeman/webapps/newstream/administrator/components/com_civicrm/civicrm/packages/PEAR.php on line 811
