Event Type filter is broken

            Description

            After upgrading to 3.2.1, "Event Type" Filters no longer work.

            For example, see:

            http://drupal.demo.civicrm.org/civicrm/report/instance/12

            Note that many participants are shown. Then select any (or all) of the Event Types in the Event Type filter, and then click "Preview Report.'

            The report with then show "Sorry. No results found. " despite the presence of many participants for several event types.
