no close div tags in "tag contacts" list after a search

If you do a search and then select a few or all contacts and then choose "Tag Contacts (assign tags)" the <div class="even-row"> and the <div class="odd-row"> which contain the tagnames and the checkbox are not closed, which gives a lot of divs within divs. If you have a lot of tags, this will end up in not showing all tags to the user (seen in FF and IE).

I've looked in the code but could not find the place where these tags are created (and should have been closed).

(This can be seen in the current http://drupal.demo.civicrm.org/ although there are too few tags to see that some are not shown if you have a lot )
