Add contribution ID to available fields in Detailed contribution report as linkable field to contribution

Patch allows people to include the contribution id in the detail report and (the important bit) makes it linkable so they can click through to the contribution ID. Perhaps would be nicer on a different field but at least on this one they can decide whether to include it or now)
