Profile - Fields Should Inherit Custom Field Defaults

            K... Pls fix this in trunk - and if it involves only minimal changes - then backport to 1.3. Else we'll just wait til 1.4 for this feature. dgg

            When a Profile Field (uf_field) is linked to a custom field which has a specified DEFAULT value - the form field in the profile form should have that default value set.

            Example - for the Sample Data GOTV Experience checkbox - go to Admin Custom Data - and set default option to Phone Banking. If you look at this form field under contact/view?action=addI (New Contact) - the default option is checked. The same should happen for civicrm/profile/create?reset=1&gid=1 as well as for user/register and user/1/edit.
