Description
We're having issues with the Sort Name field being wiped out when we use Batch Update Via Profile using certain profiles. In all cases, we can fix the issue by doing another batch update using a profile with the Name and Address profile. One of the profiles that causes this problem has the following fields:
- Volunteer Interests (Individual)
- Current Employer (Individual)
- Job Title (Individual)
- Street Address (Contact)
- City (Contact)
- State (Contact)
- ZIP (Contact)
- Phone (Contact)
- Email (Contact)
This is using 3.2.3 with CiviEngage installed.
