Indicate which groups are Smart in edit-contact forms

As per http://forum.civicrm.org/index.php/topic,15511.0.html , here's a patch that adds a visual indication on Contact editing pages of which groups are Smart Groups. This is helpful because without it, users may add contacts to Smart Groups without realizing it, rendering the criteria of the group moot.
