Duplicate match for contacts with no Suffix fails if Suffix included in rules

If Suffix is added to the Duplicate Match rules (see demo site as now configured, or set email and suffix both with 10 pts with 20 pts required for match) then if new contact matches email but no suffix is included, it will not match an existing contact with same email and no suffix. (If existing contact and new contact are both entered with Suffix = (e.g.) "Jr." and email also matches, then dupe is found.)

It seems that the lack of a Suffix sets some value to an unmatchable value.
