On creation of custom data group, warn user that settings.php must be updated to make data available to Drupal Views

Not sure if there's a better place for this warning but it makes sense here at least. When a new custom data set is created, this patch checks $db_prefix in settings.php and notifies Drupal Views users of custom data tables that are not included therein.
