Individual contact sub-type field disappears on duplicate contact warning screen, won't save as sub-type

      Description

      Steps to replicate:

      • Create an Individual contact sub-type
      • Create a new Individal of that sub-type who matches as a duplicate to an existing contact
      • Save contact; Duplicate contact warning screen comes up (we think this is a duplicate... click "Save Matching Contact" if not) without contact sub-type field
      • Click "Save Matching Contact"
      • Contact saves as Individual without sub-type

      Workaround is to change the contact type to the sub-type after the contact is created. I don't know if this affects other contact types as well.
