Demographics section of a New Individual Record fails to display in IE7,8

            Description

            Upon entering a new individual record utilizing IE7 and IE8 in Joomla, the demographics section fails to display data input and labels for all fields EXCEPT deceased check box.

            This behavior has been verified in the demo civiCRM for Joomla.
