Description
When I use the batch action "Create PDF Letter" for a set of contacts, the resulting activity record for each contact shows that they had the "Create PDF Letter" activity "with" all the other contacts who were selected to as part of the batch action.
I have reproduced this issue in the sandbox at: http://drupal.demo.civicrm.org/civicrm/contact/view?reset=1&cid=23
In some environments, the label for the activity displays as "Condolence Visit", which is one of the custom activities in that environment. The label is always correct in the CiviCRM sandbox.
