      Description

      A common complaint has been that many non-technical users find the Quick Search very difficult to use. I wasn't sure why this was as the basic theory seems simple - just start to type part of a contacts name and the list appears. However a lot of people seem to find this tricky and instead they naturally just type in the contacts name with the spaces included.

      It seems that the issue is this;
      For organisation searches there is no problem - the character string typed in works even if a space is used i.e. 'Age Concern' will work fine.
      For individuals though if you type 'Oliver Gibson' nothing is returned. Instead you would have to type 'Gibson, Oliver' which can seem non-sensical and unintuitive to users.

      Would it therfore be possible for the Quick Search to look up an individuals Display Name instead of 'last name, firts name' (or alternativley lookup 'first name last name'?
      In theory this would also allow users to search quicker - in practice at the moment they will search (say for example for 'Dave'), more than ten contacts appear in the list and they then have to use the full Find Contacts search.
