Description
Currently the 3 'add' forms in Campaign when presented as jQuery dialogs are not styled with civicrm.css stylesheet - and hence are not consistent with look and feel of CiviCRM forms. As a side effect, the Add Survey form scrolls off the bottom and top of my browser window in Firefox using a 1680x1050 (high) resolution ... I think if civicrm.css is used, the vertical spacing will be compressed and this will be improved / fixed.
