Send an email to participants doesn't display the select template field

            Description

            Hi,

            When selecting from a list of participant and choose 'send an email'

            http://sandbox.civicrm.org/civicrm/event/search

            The send an email form doesn't display the existing templates (it works fine from the search results from contacts and sending an individual email)
