The same participant can't have several time the same role

I've been playing with my 3.3 local branch, importing participants, registering...)

I end up with the same participant having several time the same role.

Not sure how it happens, but shouldn't we add an index unique participant,role on error ignore so we enforce at the db level it doesn't happen ?
