      Description

Turning on this "Optimize Javascript Files" under Performance breaks the black CiviCRM Admin menu. Turning 'optimize' off immediately fixes the civiCRM menu.

I am not totally certain why, but I did see this message (inconsistently) during my testing in Firefox's Error Console. Maybe it has something to do with it.

Error: The stylesheet http://www.korlontest.info/civicrm/admin/themes/default/style.css was not loaded because its MIME type, "text/html", is not "text/css".

The symptom of this bug is the same in IE8 as Firefox. In IE7, the symptom is even worse, it lags and then eventually crashes the browser.

Just to make sure it wasn't my browser cache or something like that, I logged off, cleared cache and logged back in. I even cleared out "templates_c". Neither had any effect.
