Fix the count for actual participants in the dashboard

Fix the count for actual participants on the dashboard while using the participant count for price set at field level feature (http://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/CRM-5724) .
On the search form add the extra information in the Qill that Actual Registered participant count is so and so against the entries (Search Result items) - which 'll be less in this case.
