Recent registration in the event dashboard aren't recent

            Description

            Hi,

            If you go to /civicrm/event&reset=1 (eg. for civicrm.org/civicrm) you don't have the latest registrations. Not sure what is the filter, but for recent registrations, would expect to get the latest 10 participants (sorted by participation date) and got something different.
