We need two methods:
testProfileCreateDupeStrictDefault
1. Create new Individual
2. Assuming that strict dedupe rules are default (Email - 10/10), submit dupe using profile/create as anonymous

2. Modify strict rule to include first name (5) and last name (5), submit dupe using profile/create as anonymous
