SQL Script to Create Additional Domain(s) in an Existing CiviCRM DB

There's no easy way to create all the default records needed for additional domains. Create a SQL script that can be run which will insert the domain record, along with required domain-keyed civicrm_data records (default location_type records, relationship_type records, etc.).
