Submit Credit Card contribution or membership or event registration - 1st processor is used regardless of user selection when there are more than one available

If more than one valid payment processor is available for "mode=live" contribution, membership and event registration forms, AND if the user selects anything other than the 1st processor in the list, the selection is ignored and the 1st processor is used when the transaction is processed.
