Change Participant Listing Templates menu title

            Description

            The title on the page at Administer >> CiviEvent >> Participant Listing Templates is Participant Listing Options.

            I think it is an appropriate title and the attached patch to sql/civicrm_generated.mysql makes the menu option label the same as the page title.

            Templates is a correct but perhaps confusing term as there are also Event templates.
