Contribution Page Configure, Live Page and Test-drive links missing

After upgrading to CiviCRM 3.3.1, from 3.2.x, I am unable to edit or test drive existing contribution pages.

Problems:
1. An administrator cannot edit a contribution page once it has been created.
2. An administrator cannot test a contribution page without the user interface link.
3. Attempting to access the update link manually incorrectly indicates that there are no contribution pages when one with ID #1 exists:

Presumptions:
1. You have installed 3.3.1 to Joomla 1.5

Steps to repeat:
1. Log in to the Joomla administrator panel (http://{mysite.com}

/administrator)
2. Proceed to the Components > CiviCRM drop menu
3. Once on the CiviCRM dashboard, proceed to Contributions > Manage Contribution Pages
4. Notice in the list of your available contribution pages that there is no option for "Configure", "Test-drive" or "Live Page"

This affects both old and new contribution pages following the upgrade to 3.3.1. This is a major bug and inhibits the use of CiviCRM. If a patch can be provided before the next release, it would be greatly appreciated by the Joomla user community.
