Membership Dashboard doesn't handle fixed period memberships properly

      Description

      I created a fixed period 1 year membership type on demo site, Jan 1 - Dec 31. I created a new membership. Dashboard shows that there is 1 new/renewed membership of that type for year, but none for current month. Both the calculations for the number of memberships, and the criteria for the search that are linked to from the number of members in each cell in the grid are for rolling memberships, not fixed.

      I don't have any clients who need this for fixed membership periods at the moment and so will not be submitting a patch, Lobo.
