Drop Middle Name and Prefix and Suffix from To: when sending e-mail to contacts

For 'Send Email to Contact(s)' - both single and multiple - we currently use display_name + email for To: (recipient). Change this to use first_name + last_name + email.

It would be really great if a contact's middle name was not included in the "To:" field when I send an e-mail to them. It's good to keep that data in the DB for identification purposes, but I think it will creep people out in an e-mail. Ideally this would probably be a configurable setting, but the quick fix I think would be to drop it since few people expect their middle name in e-mail To: fields.
