Adding <div to report criteria and filters, makes jQuery and CSS styling of forms easier

Attached is a patch which adds both id and class divs in each section of the fields. Without these divs, it is very difficult to select certain parts of the form with jQuery or CSS. With the divs, styling and customizing the report forms easily with jQuery and CSS via role-specific blocks in Drupal is possible.
