Ability to pre-load/pre-cache a contact's tabs in the contact detail record

I would like the ability to pre-load or pre-cache the various tabs at the top of a contact's detail view.

For example, if the user goes to Search Contacts > Bob Dylan > and clicks on their record to display their summary page, I would like CiviCRM to cache or preload some or all of the tabs (Memberships, Activities, Contributions, Notes, etc...). If it were set up this way, clicking those tabs would make the data available instantly, without needing to wait a second for it to load (which is what happens currently).

In order to reduce the number of queries, it could be set up so that only certain tabs you frequently use are preloaded. For example, you could have all of the tabs except for the Change Log pre-load.
