Use a different background color when mouseovering rows in contact summary form (like phpMyAdmin)

It would be nice to have an individual row highlight when the mouse moves over it. For example, if you are looking at rows of Smiths, and you want to find Dan Smith's email address, hovering over row near the email address and seeing that it is the correct row would be nice. Using the menus on the right (view/edit/more), would also be easier, to ensure you are editing/viewing the correct record.

I am requesting the same time of feature that exists in phpMyAdmin... when you mouseover the rows in phpMyAdmin the rows change color so that you know you are on the correct row.
