Add link to manage case screen in email copies of activities

I think originally the links in the emails were only supposed to be included if the recipient had appropriate permission, and the function is even called buildPermissionLinks(), but they are currently always included. So, given that that was the eventual decision, I'm thinking that adding a manage case link shouldn't bother anybody.
