Activity Details in Case Report and QA Audit screen include HTML tags and should not be escaped

            Description

            Now that Activity Details field uses a WYSIWYG editor, we don't want to escape HTML when displaying this field in Case Report and Audit / QA (since then the user sees the HTML tags rather than formatted output). Remove the |escape modifier when field being rendered is "Details" field.
