Override Membership Status when editing an existing membership - javascript error prevents status dropdown from showing

            Description

            Editing an existing Membership record, if you check the Override Status box (is_override) - the status dropdown should be shown. It's not and the following jscript error is thrown:

            Error: document.getElementsByName(trigger_field_id)[0] is undefined
