Drupal Installer chokes on database passwords containing '%' (percent character)

      Description

When installing CiviCRM 3.3.2 in Drupal 6.20, if the database password contains a % character (the one I tested with had 2, in case that matters), the installation will fail. Removing the percent characters from the password in the mysql.user table will fix the problem. This is likely caused by the fact that '%' is a wildcard character in SQL.
