Log Table Not Found

I am using CiviCRM 3.3.2 On Joomla! 1.5.22 Stable. I created a custom profile (Take The Pledge) with a form using fields from Custom Data (Take The Pledge) that is attached to a Membership type (Take The Pledge) (I hope, at least). I created a menu item to display the form and navigated to the page. When I tried to submit the form I receive an error message "Database Error Code: Table 'learntoearn.log_civicrm_value_take_the_pledge_1' doesn't exist, 1146".

From what I can diagnose it seems that after insert/update/delete the above table gets updated and thus the error.

I can resolve this by creating the table by hand, but since it seems the table is dependent on the Custom Data/profile/Membership Type that if I were to create another new item this error will happen again until I create this table again.
