Summary overlay pop-up box should not be displayed if there are no fields to display

Front-end profile search results listings include the mouse-over summary overly pop-up feature AND only display fields from the summary overlay profile that have Public visibility. Since the default visibility for the fields in this profile are "User and admin" - by default no fields are available to display in the pop-up (so you get an empty black box). In this condition, we should not load / display the pop-up box at all.
